I’m afraid you should actually be aiming your venom at whatever twit foisted this widely disseminated email hoax on the internet. The apocryphal Obama quote originated from an October 27, 2007, satire piece written by conservative John Semmens.

Ah, I get lucky every now and then. If the guy doesn’t like our national anthem or our flag, then it seems to me that is just “not American.” If we have so many problems then why is it he wanted to be our president, notice I put all that in “past sense.” Because this guy is just that … Time to look elsewhere, unfortunately, our choices seem to be rather limited.
