Interesting. This is some good information it seems to me. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about Heart Attacks . The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating. I am not a big fan of Sushi, and eating raw fish and pin worms, just isn’t my bag. But this article here, it kind of made sense to me.
